Olongapo City Mardigras 2009 opened with a bang

The first day of the mardigras was a huge success, all 6,000 tickets were sold according to Ellen Villar, in-charge of the celebrations. During assessment meeting at Kong's Restaurant this afternoon, all committee chairmen concluded that it was indeed a successful first day.
