Couple, pal held for drugs
MASINLOC, Zambales – Police arrested a couple and their companion for possession of illegal drugs in South Poblacion here Friday night.
Provincial police director Senior Supt. Rolando Felix identifies the suspects as Edson Tala, 27, and his live-in partner Analyn Malagkit, 36, of Orani, Bataan, and Federico Arga, 27, all of Door 4, Francia Apartment, Alright Street, Barangay South Poblacion.
Police said a team led by Insp. Generico Binan raided the suspects’ house on the strength of a search warrant issued by Masinloc Judge Aida Basa-Diviva.
The couple yielded 30 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, 56 unused plastic repackers and P26, 466.25 while 85 pieces of unused repackers were recovered from Arga. The suspects will be charged with violation of RA9165.
